Refund Policy

At Mortal VA, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual assistant services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following Refund Policy:
 

1. No Refunds for Used Services

We do not offer refunds once a service has been used or work has begun on your requested tasks. All payments are final after service delivery starts.
 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:
   •    You have purchased a service but have not used it or assigned any tasks.
   •    You request a refund before any work has been initiated.
 

3. Refund Processing Time
   •    Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
    •    In some cases, it may take up to 14 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, please contact us at mortalva.eg@gmail.com with your payment details and reason for the request.
